Purpose: I'd really like to have Cesare flirt with the Queen, pledge official allegiance, offer help, etc. etc. Political sucking up basically, if possible!

If you'd like he can meet the queen before she holds her official address. She will mostly be in Celosia for the time being if he wants to poke around the upscale parts of the city.
